Aziz Mone : How to grow your coaching business dramatically

David Bendon: Hey everyone! In today’s episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Aziz Mone, a coach who helps people build, grow, and scale successful businesses. Aziz, welcome to the show.
Aziz Mone: Thank you for having me.
David Bendon: Can you tell us a bit about your business in a short phrase?
Aziz Mone: I help people build and grow successful businesses, with a focus on online entrepreneurship. I’ve been doing this since 2012.
David Bendon: That’s great. Now, let’s dive into your unique story. How did you end up in the coaching business? I heard you had an accounting degree. How did this happen? What inspired you to start your online business?.
Aziz Mone: Well, I had a good office job that paid well, but I wasn’t fulfilled. I realized that I wanted to do something more meaningful and that’s when I decided to start my own business. I wanted to help other entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality and that’s why I started my coaching and training programs.
David Bendon: That’s really inspiring. Can you tell us a bit about the obstacles you faced in the beginning?
Aziz Mone: There were quite a few obstacles, but the biggest one was probably my fear of leaving my comfort zone. It’s hard to take risks and step out of your comfort zone, but it’s necessary if you want to succeed as an entrepreneur. Consistency, sincerity, and the ability to take risks are all important qualities for any business owner to have.
David Bendon: Definitely. Leaving your comfort zone is crucial for entrepreneurs. How important is it to you?
Aziz Mone: It’s extremely important to me. I think what separates entrepreneurs from others is their ability to take risks and step out of their comfort zone. If you can’t do that, you might be better off working for someone else. That’s not to say that taking risks is easy, but it’s something that every entrepreneur has to do at some point.
David Bendon: Absolutely. Now, let me ask you, are there specific steps that entrepreneurs should follow to grow their business in 2022? I mean, are there specific factors that have changed?
Aziz Mone: Yes, there are definitely some steps you can follow to get started with growing your business in 2022 or beyond. Here are a few: 1) Identify your niche and determine your business model, 2) Build an online presence, 3) Focus on one or two social media platforms and engage with your audience, 4) Use social media advertising and other paid digital marketing, and 5) Leverage influencer marketing by partnering with influencers in your industry who have a large and engaged following. These steps can help you get started on the path to growing your business.
David Bendon: That’s really helpful. Can you tell us more about how entrepreneurs can effectively use social media and other digital marketing channels to reach and engage with their target audience?
Aziz Mone: Sure. Here are a few tips: 1) Focus on one or two social media platforms and use them regularly to engage with your audience, 2) Use social media advertising and other paid digital marketing to reach a wider audience, 3) Leverage influencer marketing by partnering with influencers in your industry who have a large and engaged following. This can help expose your brand to a new audience and build credibility.
DB: It sounds like you have a lot of experience and expertise in the field of coaching for entrepreneurs. Do you have any final thoughts or advice for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start their own online businesses?
AM: My main advice would be to always stay focused on your goals and to never give up. Building a successful online business takes time and dedication, but the rewards are worth it. I would also recommend seeking out mentors or joining a community of like-minded entrepreneurs who can provide guidance and support along the way. Finally, be sure to continually educate yourself and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. This will help you stay ahead of the curve and position your business for success in the long term.
