Newest 55 and Over Communities in Las Vegas

Del Webb Lake Las Vegas

Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas is the newest 55+ community in Henderson. It’s a 125-acre retirement community bordered by rolling hills and Lake Las Vegas, a vast 320-acre desert sanctuary approximately 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. 

Active seniors who seek the finest of everything during retirement will appreciate resort-style facilities such as a pool, fitness center, social groups, tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts. There are two world-class golf courses in the neighborhood and several restaurants and shopping options.

 As of this writing, new single-story houses are currently being developed, with prices beginning at $600,000.

Trilogy® Sunstone

Shea Homes’ Trilogy® Sunstone is located in the burgeoning Northwest Las Vegas neighborhood. This new active senior community for 55 and older residents has resort-style facilities, including a pool, pickleball courts, and clubhouse, as well as a dog park and outdoor walking pathways. 

Single-story houses and townhomes are available at Trilogy® Sunstone, with the smallest floorplans being roughly 1,342 square feet and the biggest, the Latitude from the Freedom 50 Collection, measuring around 2,579 square feet and including three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The outside designs are desert modern, with indoor-outdoor living areas built in. There are several upgrades and customization choices available for the interior designs. The community’s grand opening occurred in September 2021, and there is now a lottery system in place to purchase one of the new construction house lots as of November. 

Regency at Summerlin

Toll Brothers Regency at Summerlin has been open for a few years, but there are still new construction houses and lots available as of this writing. 

Luxury single-story homes with contemporary desert exteriors and award-winning designs are available in this guard-gated Summerlin 55+ neighborhood. Gourmet kitchens and top-of-the-line equipment are standard in every property. 

The single-family homes at Regency at Summerlin are divided into three collections, with the smallest floorplans ranging from 1,665 square feet to 2,424 square feet and prices ranging from the mid $700s to over $1 million.

The 22,000 square foot clubhouse with an indoor lap pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, library, and dazzling blue outdoor pool with seating spaces provides residents with a resort-style paradise.

Del Webb North Ranch

Del Webb North Ranch in North Las Vegas is another new 55+ community to explore in the Las Vegas region. This gated retirement community has new Del Webb 55+ homes and amazing active-adult facilities, including a resort-style pool, Pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. 

These two- or three-bedroom single-story new construction homes have huge walk-in closets, kitchen islands with stainless steel appliances, covered patios, and connected two-car garages. Buyers might choose to add a den or flex room to their houses. 

Residents have access to a lovely clubhouse, and the neighboring neighborhood, which includes Aliante Casino Hotel, offers lots of entertainment and food alternatives.

Trilogy® in Summerlin

Trilogy® by Shea Homes is a newer premium retirement community in Summerlin, Las Vegas. Trilogy® in Summerlin’s age-qualified real estate alternatives are one-of-a-kind, with particular consideration paid to fulfil the demands of today’s active-adult retiree. 

This comprises, among other things, multi-generational living areas and elevators. The Outlook Club, which houses the fitness facility and art studio, is one of the community’s most luxurious features. There’s also a resort-style pool where you may swim and relax.

Heritage at Stonebridge

Heritage at Stonebridge is a newer 55+ neighborhood in Summerlin’s Stonebridge Village that has Lennar-built new construction houses. Clubhouse, swimming pool and spa, fitness center, community park, trails, Pickleball courts, and RV parking are just a few of the facilities, recreational, and social activities available in the gated neighborhood. 

Buying a home in this area, there are nine different floor plans to choose from in three different collections, with 2- and 3-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,232 to 2,873 square feet. Upgrade options from Lennar include the “Everything’s Included®” package. The Evander Collection includes models with RV parking garages.
